Math Madness
Math- a subject that traditionally makes most kids cringe happens to be one of my favorite subjects to teach.
The key to getting your students to succeed in math is getting them to love math. Step One? Become a super nerd. Make math cool. Find art projects to incorporate into your lessons. Get excited about numbers! Throw a Pi Day Party. Talk about famous mathematicians like they are rock stars. Read books, like Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi. Make numbers come to life!
Below you will find some of my favorite activities, lessons, and resources. Math doesn't need to be boring. Check back often for new ways to make your class fall in love with Math.
